About Exec Aero, LLC.

Our History

Exec Aero, LLC. was formed with the intent of providing the Orlando Executive Airport and surrounding areas with a different opportunity for maintaining their personal or corporate aircraft. This difference was based on many different factors. Customer service was a far lacking value in the facilities that were located on the field at the time. The ability to meet customer demand for efficient and reliable service on the customer’s time table. The ability to affectively lead customers through maintenance activities in both minor and major situations. Aviation community interaction and outreach to build a stronger local aviation community. The last piece was proven results and safety record. All these things were not abundant.

The founders of Exec Aero, LLC. are seeking to bring this better aviation maintenance experience to the metro Orlando area. Historically, Nathan Marler, President and General Manager, had previously developed and operated a retail maintenance division for an established FAA Part 135 operator named Flight Express Inc. which was the second largest Part 135 operator in the United States. This previous experience in the local aviation community was a prime component for the concept and later implementation of a business that is currently Exec Aero, LLC. To address the business component, Jennifer Pack, Vice President, who has over 28 years in banking and management, was well suited for the task of developing the business infrastructure that Exec Aero, LLC. currently employs today.

What We Do

Exec Aero, LLC. seeks to provide aircraft maintenance to many facets of the aviation community by providing aviation businesses, such as flight schools and flying clubs, with time critical and affordable aircraft maintenance. Private owners of many different types and brands of aircraft have chosen Exec Aero, LLC. for their aircraft needs. Corporate aircraft are also serviced by Exec Aero, LLC. because of the ability to provide rapid response with our after normal business hours’ availability of service commonly referred to as AOG (Aircraft On Ground) service. Exec Aero, LLC. strives to expand its standing in the aviation community by developing relationships with aircraft manufacturers and becoming authorized service centers. Currently Exec Aero, LLC. is an authorized service center for:

Our Goals

By aligning itself with these distinguished premium aircraft manufacturers, Exec Aero, LLC. is striving to pave a sure future for growth and company stability. Another way that Exec Aero, LLC. seeks to expand its footprint in the aviation world was becoming a member of NBAA (National Business Aviation Association). This association provides many different opportunities to its members and is a worldwide organization.

The most important part of any maintenance organization it the quality of its employees and Exec Aero, LLC. has taken steps and continues to seek new opportunities for human capital growth in a very competitive arena. Exec Aero, LLC is in a constant state of continuing education with our OEM aircraft partners for their aircraft specific training. Exec Aero, LLC. has developed an apprenticeship program as well as continued mentoring for existing FAA certificated mechanics in both the technical and regulatory training fields. Recently a technician that completed the Exec Aero, LLC. apprenticeship program was featured in AMT magazine’s “Next Gen Awards 40 under 40” August/September 2018 issue. AMT magazine is the trade magazine for aircraft mechanics. Exec Aero, LLC. Also provides a benefit package to its employees that is usually not incorporated in an organization of this size. Creative solutions were needed and met to achieve this employee retention initiative.

With all the fore mentioned strategies, Exec Aero, LLC. has attained a steady and calculated growth. Our original facility had been stretched to the point that had become a limitation. Further expansion required more working space that would open more opportunities with our OEM partners, accommodate larger aircraft and more opportunity in Exec Aero, LLC.s aircraft parts sales via more storage space. With these 2019 expansion opportunities in mind, Exec Aero, LLC relocated into a much larger facility as of January 1, 2019.
